My name is Waania Beg, and I am so excited to be your SKIPS counselor this year! I am a third-year clinical psychology doctoral student and have had the privilege of working with children from diverse backgrounds across a range of settings, including volunteering as a crisis counselor, working as a behavior technician and pediatric medical assistant, mentoring elementary and middle school students, serving as a summer camp counselor, and facilitating social skills groups for youth with developmental disabilities. I am passionate about working with children and families. I am excited to collaborate with educators and staff to support students at Majestic Way and help them become the best versions of themselves. I will be available at the school on Tuesdays and Fridays. I look forward to meeting all of you!
