Y.M.C.A. After School Program

YMCA After School Program

YMCA After School Program

FREE PROGRAM
ELOP funds are designed to support underserved students and to ensure equal access to afterschool programs for all students in need. To qualify for district-sponsored, ELOP-funded afterschool programs, we must prioritize the following demographics:

First Priorities:

1. Homeless/Foster Youth

2. Students who Qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch

After these populations have been served, we will prioritize:

3. English Learners (EL)

To ensure that all students currently receiving free programs meet these eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

  • Check Qualification: If your student is Homeless or in Foster Care, please send us the student's name, and we will confirm this with the district offices. To confirm that you qualify for free and reduced lunch, please provide the Parent Notification of Eligibility from Student Nutrition Services (SNS) from the 2025- 2026 school year. If you are unsure if you qualify or have lost your Parent Notification of Eligibility, please request a Parent Notification of Eligibility from SNS that verifies your qualification for free or reduced lunch. If your student is an EL learner, please provide us with the documentation from the School Office.

  • Then please connect Alfonso Avila to provide your qualification documentation by emailing at alfonso.avila@ymcasv.org He will let you know if there is still space in the District Sponsored program.

PAID PROGRAM
IF you do not qualify for ELOP Funds, please use the following link to register your student for the Paid Program. While signing up for the programs, please make sure to not to delete the registration fee in your cart when you check out. In Your Cart page should have two items to successfully complete enrollment. One is the registration fee and the other is the program enrollment. Then proceed to Checkout.

Please reach out to Alfonso if you have any questions regarding this process. We understand that these programs have a high need at all of our schools and ask you to have patience with our team. Thank you!
